Your app becomes your sales engine.
Your reach is already paid for. Four mechanisms turn it into revenue, at every point from follower to regular customer.

Sales page, checkout, thank-you page. All set up by you.
In the workspace you put the whole way to a purchase together yourself and see every page as a customer before it goes live.

Show what the larger plan holds
Your better content stays visible, including to the people who do not have it yet.
Content from a higher plan does not disappear. It keeps its place, with the hint that says what opens it.
An offer is put together from several parts: your own label, your own display price, one core item, your own order.
One purchase, instant access.
On the web on your own sales page, in the app with one tap through the store. You decide per offer where it goes.

Over your sales page on the web, most of it stays with you. What exactly, we lay out in the open.
What comes in, what stays with youKeep customers longer
Cancelling is not a button here that makes everything vanish at once.
Anyone cancelling goes through two steps: the reason first, then what they lose and how long their access runs. That screen says “Keep membership”.
The reason lands on the member, not in a form inbox. Too expensive, using it too little, no longer needed are three different business problems.
To keep someone you grant free time from the workspace, from one week up to two years. The system checks first whether their contract allows it.

When money does not arrive, nobody cancelled
Failed payments are the quietest loss in a subscription business. Nobody cancelled, the money simply stops.

- Further remindersEmail and pushUp next
- Case resolvedPayment arrivedOpen
Access continues when the payment is completed.
If the payment is still unresolved after the grace period, access ends automatically.
Here it becomes a case, not a hole. The grace period runs, your member gets reminders by email and push with a personal link to their payment method.
You see the case on the member: extend the deadline, pause or resend reminders, leave a note, close the case.
Withdrawal is its own process, not the same as a cancellation. Your period sits in your settings, and access ends at once.
You reach your community. No detour.
A message into your app, to the members you mean, at the moment you choose.

You build the audience from what you know: plan, membership status, your own tags, last visit. Before sending you see an estimate of who you reach.
A push does not just land on a screen once. Afterwards it sits in your app’s inbox, with an unread counter, until it has been read.
You are nominated for an award and need votes today. In your app you reach everyone who allowed push, and afterwards it sits in their inbox.
Social media decides who sees your content. In your app you decide.
German contracts work differently
The large providers come from a world where a subscription simply runs until somebody cancels. Your world has dates.

These are the themes you work on in your workspace.
And the question behind each of them. You have to answer them anyway. Here they sit in one place.
